How old where you when you didn’t have any self doubt? Can you even remember? It’s so crazy that when we are developing self awareness as children we also learn self doubt. Being told we’re wrong, getting physically scolded, yelled at, shamed. 

When most people start taking coaching clients, healing clients, what ever holistic work. There’s that worry that you are not doing well enough. Questioning yourself and your abilities. Was that a psychic message for them? Was I focused on the right bit to really help them? 

Imagine if you 100% KNEW YOU WERE BANG ON EVERY TIME. 

How can you really trust your intuition? Because the word intuitive implies that it’s a guess, it’s not clear. 

It wasn’t until I met 2 master teachers, that combined gave me the answer. The process of linking mind and body to hear the souls voice. 

This is how to be sure of your intuition. It is also connected with the psychic in your body. And if you’ve never felt this before you might be a bit confused. But it’s actual real sensation in your physical body that is unmistakably clear. 

So when I work with a client. I will be able to feel exactly where because my body feels it. I know in a coaching session if we are off because my body tells me. 

That is how to be sure.

This is a skill that is clear! You can finally be 100% sure about where you are going in life because you have a clear way to know.

How do I know the mind, body connection is trustable? If it is just the mind we can be off. It if is just the body we can be feeling something linked to our own past. If they are both in sync I have never experienced a mis-read. What’s at stake if we miss something as a healer. This early detection of serious issues can save people’s lives. I learnt the hard way.

My mother passed from a very aggressive and fast spreading from of cancer, she only had a few months left on this earth from the diagnosis. A year and a half before she passed away, she had a healing session. It was mainly to do with healing the relationship with her sister, which was really troubling her enormously. I knew there was something in her lower stomach, really off to one side and then going deeper into the middle. Usually when I do energy work I feel the release in my own body, using the somatic psychic skills. That’s when I know we have cleared the resistance and the issue. This didn’t clear. I tried everything. I did an extraction, we worked on what it was from the past. She still had this tension that I couldn’t shift. Because usually it goes. Instead of really trusting my somatic reading I put it down to me being off. Maybe I had got it wrong, it’s probably something of mine and I assumed that I had not got it correct. Although I told her, what I felt and the block was there. But now looking back if I had just trusted myself enough to KNOW, like I KNOW NOW. This skill is not a guess, when it is mind and body are in sync giving the psychic reading it is accurate. And I should have told her a year earlier to get this seriously checkout out. It’s not shifting and you would need a medical professional to look at this, because if it doesn’t clear energetically it has manifested. 

Nearly two years later she was dead and had various tumours in her guts. 

I trust the universe that all is as it’s meant to be and I thank her for this valuable lesson. I know now the power of this skill. 

Now I am confident and I trust this sacred skill.
